CHALKDUST

A hommage to John Mc Enroe

For 2 glasses:

6 cl of 40-15 GIN

1,5 cl of Cointreau or other triple sec

1,5 cl of fresh green lemon juice

1 egg white

5 ice cubes + 10-15 extra to chill the glasses

Separate the yolk from the egg white.

Chill 2 glasses with ice.

Pour the gin, the triple sec and the egg white in a shaker and add about 5 ice cubes. Shake with quite some temper, like John would and curse a little while doing so. Remove the ice fom the now chilled glasses and strain the cocktail in.
