DRIBBLE GIN is a classic, aromatic gin, smooth in the build-up and powerful in the finish. It is distilled with 11 classic botanicals that ensure a beautifully balanced flavour. Intense on the nose, smooth on the tongue and with a spicy kick at the end.

Traditional craftsmanship
For a smart dribble, you need skills, precision and character. And the same goes for gin. We rely on more than a century of experience at a Belgian distillery to put down a spirit that can play in the premier league.
DRIBBLE GIN is distilled for us at a family business where the art of distilling has been passed down from generation to generation for more than 100 years: Distillery De Moor in Aalst.
Old-school copper pots and stills take centre stage there.
Tasting notes
The base alcohol of barley is present in the nose and refers to the origin of gin: genever. On the palate, juniper prevails, as it should. The classic botanicals add a rich and harmonious flavour palette. The result is a pure, beautifully balanced gin packed with flavour and with a slightly spicy kick at the end.

THE SCIFO
A blood-red classic with Italian temperament

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the 3 spirits. Stir to ensure everything is nicely mixed and chilled.
Place the ice ball in a tumbler glass. Pour the mix through a strainer into the glass. Rub the orange zest over the rim and add.

Fill a large glass with ice. Add the gin and carefully pour in the tonic. Stir gently for a moment. Decorate with some juniper berries.

2,5 cl fresh lemon juice

1,5 cl simple syrup

sparkling water

lemon zest

Fill a shaker with the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the mix into a large glass filled with ice and top up with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with the lemon zest
